Who Personal Training Is For
Weight Loss
If your goal is to lose weight, personal training gives you structure and accountability.
You’ll follow a plan designed to help you burn calories, build strength, and stay consistent. Instead of starting and stopping, you’ll build momentum and keep it going.
Strength and Muscle Building
If you’re looking to get stronger or build muscle, having proper guidance is key.
You’ll learn how to lift correctly, follow a progressive plan, and avoid the common mistakes that slow people down. Over time, you’ll see real improvements in strength and confidence.
Athletes and Performance Training
With Ricky’s background in MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, personal training is also a strong fit for athletes.
Training focuses on:
- Strength and conditioning
- Explosiveness and endurance
- Mobility and control
- Real-world performance
Even if you’re not competing, this style of training builds a higher level of fitness that carries over into everything you do.
A Results-Focused Approach to Training
Every session is built with intention. You’re not just showing up to work out, you’re training toward a specific goal.
Ricky focuses on:
- Building a structured plan that fits your goals
- Tracking progress and making adjustments over time
- Teaching proper form and movement
- Creating workouts that challenge you without overwhelming you
The goal is simple. Help you get results that last.
You’ll know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it’s helping you improve. That clarity makes it easier to stay consistent, and consistency is what drives progress.
